Paying by invoice costs less
A club buying ten seats or more can pay on a purchase order with net 30 terms, settled by bank transfer or wire. Bank payments cost us a fraction of what cards do, and that difference goes to you rather than to a card network.

One number, so there is nothing to work out at renewal.
A team is a seat
Every team your club owns. On a paid plan that includes the five that were free.
A staff member is a seat
Each coach, rep or admin who holds club access. Counted once, however many teams they reach.
Parents and players are not
Families following a team, and spectators invited to one game, never cost anything on any plan.
Questions
Do the five free teams stay free once I pay?
No. On a plan, every team and every staff member is a seat, including the five that were free. A club running five teams with one owner needs six seats. The purchase screen shows that arithmetic before you buy.
What if I need fewer seats later?
Lower the count whenever you like, down to what your club is actually using. We won't sell you fewer seats than you occupy — remove a team or a staff member first.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your club keeps working while we retry, and we tell you what's happening. Nobody loses access mid-season over a card that expired.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Club tools keep working to the end of the period you've paid for. Your teams, games and statistics stay — they stop being part of a club and go back to their coaches. We don't refund the remainder of a period.
Is there a discount for schools or districts?
Invoiced billing at $66 a seat is available to any club buying ten or more, which is usually what a school or district needs. Write to us if you need something else.
Does the app cost anything for a coach or a parent?
No. The Statra app is free. Seats are a club thing.
